Josh Callis

Owner & Founder

Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Josh grew up working in the outdoor design space at his father’s company. There, he would find his passion and love for designing and constructing outdoor living spaces. Prior to starting Precision Outdoors, Josh served in the United States Navy and was stationed at NAB Coronado in San Diego. Following his military career, he attended and graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Economics. In his free time he enjoys traveling, volunteering and his son, Brooks.

Rafi Jaffet

Project Manager & Lead Sales Consultant

In Rafi’s early career he served in the U.S. Army making rank of Sergeant as a Motor Transport Operator. Upon completion of his contract, he took his experience of growing up in south Florida and turned his passion for design and love of the outdoors into a career taking outdoor spaces and transforming them into beautiful retreats. In his spare time, Rafi enjoys spending quality time in the woods with friends, which helps fuel his creativity and inspiration. He is also proud to have a wonderful wife, Melody, and their firstborn son, Liam. With a keen eye for aesthetics, Rafi takes pride in bringing his clients’ visions to life and enhancing their outdoor living experiences.
